Returns

Please make sure you return your items within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please make sure the returned goods are unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us at hello@clarelaughland.co.uk, and we will give you further guidance on how to return your item. 

Unless the items are faulty or damaged, we ask that you cover the return costs (we also suggest you get proof of postage). The original delivery costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will let you know that we have received your returned item. If it’s approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If this should happen, please send an email to hello@clarelaughland.co.uk.
