Something's not right with my order. What do I do? 

Please contact us to let us know what's happened and we'll make it better.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to send out all deliveries the same day by first-class Royal Mail.

Do you deliver internationally?

We only deliver to the UK right now but we will look into international deliveries in the future.

What is your returns policy?

Obviously we want you to be delighted with your purchases from our shop. However, If you want to return or exchange them, please do so within 30 days of purchase and make sure they are unused and include the original packaging. Here's our full returns policy

What are my delivery options?

Delivery for most items is £4.50 even if you have multiple items in your basket. If you spend £75 or more, then delivery is free. Emissions from our deliveries are carbon offset - more about that here. Delivery of large items such as furniture is organised separately after purchasing.

You can also choose to pick up your purchases at our showroom in Farnham, Surrey.

Our showroom is in Farnham, Surrey. Come and say hello if you're in the area.

So you're an actual bricks and mortar shop too? 

Yes! The showroom stocks most of the items you'll find here, plus a few you won't. It's also the heart of our bespoke interiors and soft-furnishings business, so you can browse our huge collection of fabrics, paints and wallpapers and chat to us for advice. 

Does that mean I can collect my purchases from your showroom?

It does. Select Collect from Showroom as your delivery option during the checkout process and we'll keep it in our showroom for you to collect.
